I really want to emphasize on 'loving oneself in order to understand one's inner aspirations' because there is something magical in proudly embracing oneself and identity. Many fail before even taking actions not always because they are not skilled, but because they are too hard on themselves. I understand that we are often driven by this strong sense of perfection, but at the end of the day isn't perfection just a series of drafts that finally lead to the masterpiece? You cannot want to succeed and be unwilling to fail; success and failure come as a package. Failure is the best thing that can ever happen to you for it definitely hurts and makes question your abilities. However, the final result is either a reorientation or a strengthening of your motivation leading to a better understanding of yourself and direction.
As Maya Angelou would say, " Nothing will work unless you do " :)
Until next time,
K la futuriste ;)
